Refund Policy:
If you want to cancel a service, you can request a refund. However, if we’ve already received your passport and documents and you cancel, no refund will be given. In some cases, if we’ve shared information about requirements or explained the process before you cancel, we’ll keep 50% of the service fee. If you paid by credit card and want to cancel after three months, we can offer store credit instead of a refund. You can cancel your service by logging into your account or calling our service line.
Processing Time:
The processing times for visas provided by Waybas are estimates based on normal conditions. The actual time starts the next business day after we receive your documents. Consulates may ask for more documents, delay processing, or even deny your visa without explanation. Waybas is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses due to processing delays or denials. No fees will be refunded in these cases.
Fees and Payments:
Your credit card will be charged right after online verification. You’re responsible for paying all charges for any services or products offered by Waybas or our partners. This includes taxes and shipping fees. Visa processing fees, forms, and required documents can change without notice.
Service Description:
We try to describe all services on our website accurately, but Waybas cannot guarantee that all information is always up-to-date or error-free. Consulate requirements and fees can change without warning. If any information on our site is outdated or incorrect, you agree not to hold Waybas responsible.
Service:
Visa and passport processing requirements and fees can change without notice. Consulates or U.S. Passport Agency officials may ask for more documents or deny your application without explaining why. Processing times are based on normal conditions and are not guaranteed. Waybas is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses due to processing delays or denials. We reserve the right to refuse processing for any reason, including incomplete documents or insufficient processing time.
OFAC Sanctioned Countries:
Due to UAE banking laws, Waybas cannot provide services for countries sanctioned by OFAC, such as Belarus, Myanmar, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and others.

Communications:
